A rail journey may be comfortable if your hotel is convenient to its connection. With heavy luggage, young children or difficulty using stairs, a taxi can be simpler even when its journey time is less predictable. Consider the final walk and transfers, not only the airport segment.

  1. Complete arrival formalities and collect your baggage.
  2. Confirm the full hotel address and a usable payment method.
  3. Check mobile connectivity or ask the airport service counter for help.
  4. Follow terminal signs for your selected transport.
  5. Verify the destination or onward connection before paying.

Using a car service

For an ordinary taxi, use the signed official rank. For an app booking, read the pickup instructions inside your order and go to the correct level or parking zone. Wait where the car may legally stop, and compare the plate with the app before boarding.

When your flight is delayed

Recheck the last departure for the complete route. A late airport train can still leave you without the city transfer you planned. Ask a staffed airport desk about the currently operating alternative. Keep a cash or physical-card fallback in case app setup is taking too long.

Check that the booking says PKX and confirm the airline’s terminal and check-in instructions. Do not tell a driver only “Beijing airport.” Show the airport name and flight details.
