What the dates mean

Sources checked means we reviewed linked official information on the stated date. Field test means a named device, app version and location were used to complete the action. A source check is not a successful registration or payment test. Guides without a recorded field test say so.

Where information comes from

We prioritize app publishers, transport operators and Chinese government services. Embassy guidance is used for nationality-specific assistance. Practical suggestions are identified separately from rules. Eligibility, prices and departure times must be confirmed in the service you will actually use.

Screenshots and illustrations

Official screenshot references are labeled with their publisher and original date. They illustrate a particular version or screen; they do not prove your account can complete the same action. Our address and phrase cards are original tools, not screenshots of a payment app. We never ask you to share passwords, verification codes or payment QR codes.

Corrections and independence

Use Feedback to report a broken step, outdated source or inaccessible image. Include the page address, app version, city and a description of the problem. Remove personal details from any screenshot. This site does not take bookings or process payments, and the sources linked here do not endorse it.

Before relying on a guide

Open the source beside any policy or price claim. A historical guide can help explain a process but cannot confirm today's account checks, terminal pickup area or last train. For urgent danger use the emergency contacts; this website's feedback form is not monitored as an emergency service.
